About Our Tom Curl, a Professional Farrier

In 1988, Tom was contacted to help with "Afleet," Sovereign and Canadian Thoroughbred racing Champion. Tom chose to glue an experimental set of shoes on the hind feet, which enabled Afleet to return to full training and set the program to continue for Afleet final year of racing before being retired to breed and produce many accomplished racing Thoroughbreds.
